Thank you for choosing Garden of Paradise! We handcraft every piece with care, and we want to make sure you can follow your order every step of the way from our workshop to your garden.

How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

Step 2: Use the Tracking Link

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website. You will be able to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Step 3: Monitor Delivery Updates

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the system after your order has been shipped. If you do not see any updates right away, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and process your package.

Estimated Shipping Times

Since every Garden of Paradise piece is handcrafted, please allow the following estimated times for delivery:

Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days (handcrafting and quality inspection)

Domestic Shipping (USA): 5 to 10 business days after shipment

International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. Handcrafted items may occasionally require additional processing time during peak seasons.

Did Not Receive Your Tracking Email?

If you placed an order but have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, please check the following:

1. Check your spam or junk mail folder

2. Verify that the email address on your order is correct

3. Confirm that your order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed

Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and is being prepared.

Processing: Your item is being handcrafted or prepared for shipment.

Shipped: Your order is on its way! Use your tracking number for real-time updates.

Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address provided.
